About the Role
We are seeking a marketing professional who specializes in marketing. While recent graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and up-to-date with current trends. This role is currently offered as a hybrid role with time spent at our Mississauga, ON office.
Compensation:
The overall compensation will comprise of the following:
- Base Salary: 52,000 – 60,000 CAD (Subject to Work Experience)
Reporting to: Director of Marketing and Clinical Science
Job Description: As a Junior Product Management Specialist, you will work with the team to develop engaging product strategies and support the launch of new products to the market. Your focus will be on creating innovative campaigns that highlight the value proposition of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: While not required, experience in product launches or in the medical devices and pharmaceuticals sector is a plus.
- Graphic Design Skills: Strong knowledge of graphic design, preferably with proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creativity: Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and design effective campaigns.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and collaborate across different departments, fostering a creative environment.
- Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to new trends and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in the dental and medical industry is an asset.
- Graphic Design Skills: Strong knowledge of graphic design, preferably with proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey our strategies and proposals clearly and persuasively.
