310T Technician for Foreman Afternoon

We are seeking a licensed and experienced 310T Technician for a foreman role for the afternoon shift.

We are looking for someone with experience as a foreman/supervisor or someone who has a desire to be a foreman with great leadership and motivational skills.

We are located in Lucan ON, located just 15 km southeast of London Ontario.

Afternoon shift: 2pm to 1am

We only work 4-days a week, giving you a 3-day weekend

Pay up to $50 per hour for 42-44 hours weekly, roughly $110,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:

• Build, lead, and manage a team of skilled technicians during our new afternoon shift.
• Perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of heavy trucks and trailers.
• Act as the go-to expert, ensuring efficient workflow, top-notch customer service, and a safe and productive workplace.
• Collaborate with the day shift team for seamless operations.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
